These are a combination of professional, public, and private aquariums from throughout the United States. I made these video clips during road trips and vacations over a period of time. Some of these tanks are several hundreds of gallons. Others are much smaller. There are many different marine animals shown in these videos. Currently I do not own my own saltwater aquarium. I only have a small freshwater fish tank. From Wikipedia: A marine aquarium is an aquarium that keeps marine plants and animals in a contained environment. Marine aquaria are further subdivided by hobbyists into fish only (FO), fish only with live rock (FOWLR), and reef aquaria. Fish only tanks often showcase large or aggressive marine fish species and generally rely on mechanical and chemical filtration. Do tropical fish tanks need a specific light or could u place a tank without a light in a bright room?

I want to start a small tropical fishtank. I was going to use a gravel tray and airpump for filtration and buy a gravel hoover. But the tank i was looking at doesnt have a light. Could i just place it in a bright southfacing room?
I actually work right next door to one, ive been looking into it for a while now but i wanted to check that the fish wouldnt suffer by not having a light.

Thanks to u both for ur help

About 30% of water change is needed to keep a healthy and clean aquarium. Beginners often buy tiny aquariums as they think it is easier to maintain, yet the truth is different, the larger your tank size the better for your fish, more gallons of water equals to more time for the water to cycle, nitrite, nitrates and ammonia. Depending on the setup you can have either a freshwater fish tank or a saltwater marine aquarium. These reef aquariums are no recommendation to beginners, as the saltwater fish requires more of the owner than just a weekly water change. Tropical fish need a balanced eco-system where the water cycles every 3 to 4 weeks. The easy way to do this is by installing filtration, protein skimmers, air pumps, airstones, and the needed bacteria to start your aquarium. Beginners often get confused as to how having bacteria is healthy for your fish, while the definition of “clean” is not the same for fish as it is for people. By adding bacteria you will help the process of breaking down waste, chemicals

How many types of freshwater and tropical fish did Noah keep on his boat in freshwater aquariums?

Any aquarist Christians here realise the difficulty and specialist knowledge required to keep so many fish?

Were they all kept in aquaria with regulated temperatures, correct filtration and food types?
